1. Introduction
Morocco Easy is a travel website dedicated to Morocco. It presents tours and experiences, travel guides and destination information, and lets travellers contact our team directly to request a booking. These Terms describe how booking requests work, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Each tour page also contains specific information, such as the itinerary, inclusions and exclusions, the available options, pickup details and the cancellation policy. These tour-specific conditions form part of your booking. If they differ from these general Terms, the tour-specific conditions shown for your option apply.
2. Our services
Through Morocco Easy you can request:
- tours, day trips and multi-day tours in Morocco;
- activities and experiences, such as desert, cultural or outdoor experiences, as listed on the website;
- a custom itinerary, through the “Build Your Tour” request form.
The exact content of each service is described on its page. We only offer the services shown on the website at the time of your request.
3. Booking requests
To book, open a tour, choose your option, date and number of travellers, then send a booking request with your contact details through the booking form or, where offered, by WhatsApp. After sending the request you receive a booking reference.
Please note the difference between the following steps:
- Sending a booking request: you tell us which service you would like. A request is not yet a confirmed booking.
- Confirmation: our team checks every request manually and contacts you to confirm availability, the final details and the next steps. Your booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you.
- Availability: dates shown as available on the website are an indication and can change until your booking is confirmed.
If we cannot accept your request, we will tell you and, where possible, suggest an alternative date or option.
4. Tour options
A tour can have several booking options. Each option shows its own conditions, for example:
- whether it is a shared tour, where you join other travellers, or a private tour for your group only;
- the traveller categories accepted (for example adults, children or infants), the age range of each category and its price; some options do not accept every category;
- the minimum and maximum number of travellers and, where relevant, the vehicle capacity;
- whether the price is per person, per group or per vehicle;
- the duration, start times, pickup and the items included with that option.
The conditions of the option you select apply to your booking.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The price of a booking depends on the option, the pricing unit (per person, per group or per vehicle) and the number of travellers in each category. The total shown before you send your request is calculated by our system from your selection.
When a discount or promotion applies, the original price and the reduced price are shown on the website. What is included in and excluded from the price differs from tour to tour and is described on each tour page and option. Anything not listed as included, such as personal expenses, is not part of the price unless our team confirms otherwise.
The price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed by our team. If an obvious error appears in a displayed price, we will contact you before confirming.
6. Payment
No payment is taken online on this website, and no payment card details are collected through it. Our team first confirms your request and then explains how and when payment is made for your booking.
The payment methods and timing that apply to your booking are communicated by our team with the confirmation.
7. Availability and confirmation
The booking calendar shows dates, start times and remaining capacity based on the schedules set for each option. Some tours require a minimum notice before departure, and the number of places can be limited. Because several travellers may request the same date, availability is only guaranteed once our team confirms your booking.
The pickup or start time is confirmed by our team together with your booking. Please check the confirmation carefully and tell us immediately if any detail is incorrect.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation conditions depend on the tour and option. The cancellation policy shown on the tour page and in your booking details applies to your booking. When a tour offers free cancellation, the deadline is stated there; outside that deadline, or when no free cancellation is offered, the tour’s own conditions apply.
To cancel, contact our team with your booking reference and name. We will confirm the cancellation according to the policy of the tour you booked. Any refund depends on that policy and on the payment you actually made.
If we cannot operate your tour as confirmed, for example because of safety reasons or circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you to offer an alternative or to cancel the booking.
9. Changes to bookings
If you want to change your date, option or number of travellers, contact our team as soon as possible with your booking reference. Changes depend on availability and on the conditions of the option you chose, and may change the price. A change is effective only once our team confirms it.
10. Your responsibilities
To help your tour run smoothly, you agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information in your request, including contact details and the number and age categories of travellers;
- be at the pickup location or meeting point at the confirmed time; late arrival may mean the tour cannot wait for you;
- respect the age restrictions and traveller categories of the option you booked;
- check that the activity suits your health, fitness and any special needs, read the information on the tour page and tell us before booking about anything we should know;
- carry valid identity and travel documents required for your stay in Morocco and for the tour;
- follow the safety instructions of guides and drivers and respect local laws, customs and the environment.
11. Tours and safety
Some activities, such as desert, mountain, quad, camel or other outdoor experiences, involve physical effort and natural risks, and may be affected by weather and road conditions. Suitability requirements, when they exist, are shown on the tour page. Itineraries can be adapted on the day when safety requires it.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance suited to your trip and the activities you plan to do.
12. Local partners and service providers
Some services may be carried out by local partners, such as guides, drivers, camps or activity providers. In that case, we share with them only the information needed to provide your service, and they must follow the conditions confirmed for your booking.
13. Website content and intellectual property
The texts, photos, logos, design and other content of Morocco Easy are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Morocco Easy or to their respective owners. You may view and share links to our pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you submit a review, you allow us to publish it on the website, with the name you entered, after moderation.
14. Website availability and changes
We work to keep the website available and its information accurate and up to date, but the site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons, and information can change. We may update tours, options, prices and content at any time; changes do not affect bookings already confirmed by our team, unless you agree.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Complaints and support
If you have a question or a problem before, during or after your tour, please contact our team with your booking reference. During a tour, inform your guide or our team immediately so we can try to solve the issue on the spot. We will review every complaint and reply as soon as possible.
16. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of Morocco Easy. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live where they apply, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
In case of disagreement, please contact us first: we will try to find an amicable solution. If no solution is found, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable law.
17. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, the website or the law. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. The Terms accepted when you sent your request, together with the conditions confirmed for your booking, continue to apply to that booking.
