1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, let a website keep small pieces of information on your device. Some are necessary for a site to work; others, such as analytics cookies, are optional and are only used with your consent.
2. Our approach
Morocco Easy keeps tracking to a minimum. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. Essential storage is used to run the site, and Google Analytics cookies are used only if you allow analytics. Before you make a choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics data is sent.
3. Essential cookies and necessary storage
Essential storage is needed for features you use and cannot be switched off in the banner. On Morocco Easy, it remembers your cookie choice and keeps your wishlist on your device. These items are stored in your browser’s local storage, are not shared with third parties and are not used to track you across websites.
The administration area of the site, which is used only by our authorised staff, relies on a strictly necessary session cookie for sign-in. This cookie is not set for visitors of the public website.
4. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. It sets cookies in your browser and helps us measure how the site is used, for example:
- which pages are visited and how visitors move from page to page, including in each language;
- which tours are viewed in lists, opened or selected;
- when a booking form is started or a booking option is chosen;
- whether a booking request or a contact message has been sent successfully;
- searches made on the site, scrolling, outbound links, file downloads and similar interactions measured by Google Analytics;
- general information such as device type, browser and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
We use these measurements only to understand what is useful to travellers and to improve the content, navigation and booking experience. Analytics data is not completely anonymous: Google Analytics uses a randomly generated identifier and processes your IP address. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking notes or other form content to Google Analytics, and Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
6. How your preferences are saved
Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name me_consent_v1, together with the date of your decision. It applies to every page and language of the site, including when you navigate between pages, so the banner is not shown again. The choice is stored on your device only; if you clear your browser storage, use another browser or device, or browse in private mode, you will be asked again.
7. Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops collecting data immediately and the Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) set on our domain are deleted. You can allow analytics again later in the same way.

9. Embedded Google Maps
Some destination and place pages show a Google Maps view to help you locate a place. When such a map is displayed, your browser loads content directly from Google, which receives technical data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies according to Google’s policies. Morocco Easy does not control these cookies. If you prefer to avoid this, you can use the link below each map to open the location on Google Maps only when you choose to, or block third-party cookies in your browser.

11. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies and site data in their settings. Deleting the site data of moroccoeasy.com also removes your saved cookie choice and your wishlist. Blocking all cookies and storage may prevent some features from working correctly.
12. Updates to this policy
We will update this Cookie Policy if we change the cookies or storage we use. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If we add a new category of optional cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
